Do I need my own contact list?
Yes. You send to people who agreed to hear from you. Purchased, rented or scraped lists are not allowed. See the anti-spam policy.
When am I charged?
Creating an account is free. You choose a plan before your first blast, and payment happens on Stripe's secure page. Cancel any time from My Account.
What if I send more than my plan allows?
A blast that would go over your monthly emails is held, never sent in part and never billed as overage. Upgrade or wait for next month.
Who sees my contacts?
Only you. Your lists are never shared, sold, or used by us to send our own email. See the privacy policy.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Send us a note and we will reply by email.
